We use Miron glass to protect the integrity of the phyto-active nutrients within each bottle — the same violet glass said to have been used by Cleopatra herself. Our packaging is intentionally minimal, made with carbon-neutral papers and designed to give back to the communities in our harvesting regions.

Due to the personalised and natural nature of our products, we don’t accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We’ll replace it or issue a credit.

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, we begin preparing your blend and can’t guarantee cancellation.

Refunds are offered only if your order is incorrect, damaged, or cannot be fulfilled. Each case is handled with care and compassion.

As our products are made-to-order, we unfortunately can’t offer refunds for change of mind. We encourage reaching out before purchase if unsure.
