Eleanor Ashley Apothecary exists to help women return to right relationship with their bodies.

For too long, women have been told their pain is normal, their cycles inconvenient, and their exhaustion something to push through. We are offered quick fixes for deeply complex systems — and left disconnected from our own inner wisdom.

This work was created to change that.

By blending traditional herbal medicine, somatic practices, breathwork, education, and ritual, Eleanor Ashley Apothecary supports women to re-educate, re-nourish, and rewire their relationship with their bodies — physically, emotionally, and hormonally.

Women are not broken.

Our physiology is different — cyclical, intelligent, and deeply responsive.

When understood and supported correctly, it becomes a source of vitality, power, and resilience — not something to fight against.

It’s about learning how to thrive inside modern life — with awareness, nourishment, and self-trust.

Meet Eleanor


You’ll often find Elle with her two huskies, somewhere by the ocean — travelling, writing, or attempting to surf between batches of herbal blends.

Elle is a Naturopath, Herbalist, Breathworker, Writer, Speaker, and expert in holistic hormones. Her path began through her own struggles with PCOS and a 15-year journey of healing that led her to uncover the deeper roots of hormonal imbalance. Through this process, she’s helped women restore their cycles and reconnect with their bodies, finding balance in both health and life.

With an 8-year shamanic apprenticeship alongside her naturopathy studies, Elle’s approach weaves together herbal medicine, somatic healing, and breathwork to reach the true source of imbalance — not just the symptoms. Her philosophy is simple yet profound: to reconnect women with their innate wisdom and bring the body, mind, and spirit back into harmony.

Born from her frustration with the lack of holistic support in women’s health, Elle created Eleanor Ashley Apothecary as a space where ancient wisdom meets modern science. Her mission is to make it easier for women to transform their health in a way that fits real life — sustainable, empowering, and deeply nourishing.
