Most women I see have no real understanding of how their body works — yet it influences every aspect of their life, whether they’re aware of it or not. Energy, mood, cravings, motivation, focus, relationships, and self-trust are all shaped by our physiology and our needs change week to week.
Master Your Cycle™ is a guided video course led by Elle, created to fundamentally change the way women understand and experience their bodies. Rooted in physiological science and cyclical wisdom, the course begins by exploring the often-overlooked differences between female and male physiology — and why so many women feel exhausted, disconnected, or “out of sync” when following models never designed for them.
This course is not about returning to old ways of living or asking women to slow their lives down unrealistically. It’s about relearning how your body works so you can meet your needs, make informed choices, and thrive within the demands of modern life.
Elle guides you through the four inner seasons of the menstrual cycle — Inner Spring(follicular phase), Inner Summer (Ovulation), Inner Autumn(Luteal Phase), and Inner Winter(Menstruation). Each 15-minute teaching explains what is happening hormonally, physically, and emotionally in each phase, reframing symptoms as communication rather than dysfunction, and helping you build a new more intelligent relationship with your body.
Beyond the cycle itself, Master Your Cycle™ includes additional chapters on nutrition to support cyclical health, as well as guidance through key life transitions such as perimenopause and pregnancy. These teachings offer context, reassurance, and practical support, showing how cyclical awareness evolves across different seasons of a woman’s life.
This is not a course about fixing your body — it’s about re-nourishing, re-educating, and reconnecting with it. Through Elle’s guidance, women are invited into a new narrative where their cycle becomes a source of clarity, resilience, and self-trust, allowing them to move through each phase with greater ease and intention.
