1:1 Breathwork & Shamanic Healing Session (2 Hours)
This 2-hour private session combines therapeutic breathwork with gentle shamanic energy work to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and overall wellbeing.
Breathwork forms the foundation of the session, helping to calm the mind, release tension, and support relief from stress, anxiety, overwhelm, or feeling stuck. Conscious breathing encourages clarity, grounding, and a deeper connection to your body and inner awareness.
Shamanic healing techniques are then integrated to help release deeper emotional and energetic patterns that may contribute to physical discomfort, emotional heaviness, or recurring life challenges. This may include gentle work with ancestral patterns, relationship cords, or subconscious beliefs that affect your sense of balance, confidence, or direction.

All sessions are held in a trauma-informed, respectful, and professional container. Elle is professionally trained in breathwork facilitation, shamanic healing, and nervous-system–aware practices. You remain in control of your experience at all times.

Cancellation + Rescheduling Policy
Sessions are intentionally limited and time is held exclusively for you.
If you need to reschedule, please provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice so your session can be rebooked to an alternative time.
